This is the fourth time in five years that Sarah Vandella has been ranked as one of Die-Screaming’s Top 10 Best MILF Pornstars. In 2019, Sarah once again put together a masterful portfolio of XXX performances, with highlights including her work in The Silent Caller (Digital Playground), Axel Braun’s MILF Fest 4 (Wicked Pictures), and Beautiful Tits Vol. 6 (ArchAngel). All of this culminated in her once again getting MILF Performer of the Year nods from both AVN and XBIZ.
7. Reagan Foxx
This is the first time Reagan Foxx has appeared on this annual Top 10 MILF countdown and she’s done it with authority, making her debut at #7. 2019 was, I think, her best yet and she delivered several hugely impressive performances across the year. 4. Britney Amber
2019 might be remembered as the year that we all started thinking of Britney Amber as a MILF. I’m willing to bet that once the 2020 AVN and XBIZ award shows are complete that Ms. B. has another MILF Performer of the Year trophy to add to her collection.
1. Cherie DeVille
Cherie DeVille is Die-Screaming’s #1 Best MILF Pornstar of 2019. If that didn’t impress you, consider that this is the fourth time in five years that she’s held the top spot. In 2019, Ms. DeVille gave us a wealth of award-worthy performances, absolutely crushing it in releases such as Future Darkly: The Complete Second Season (Pure Taboo), Let Them Talk (MissaX), and MILF Performers of the Year 2019 (Elegant Angel). Simply put, there isn’t anyone in the porn business doing it any better than Cherie DeVille.
About this Top 10 list…
This is the fifth consecutive year that I’ve put together the Top 10 Best MILF Pornstars of the Year rankings for Die-Screaming. It’s never easy. That’s because regardless of which ten ladies make the list…there are always several very deserving performers who get left off. Math is a sonofabitch.
And there is math involved in putting this Top 10 list together. This year, twenty-five MILF pornstars were each scored against eleven categories. The performers with the ten highest scores are the ones that you see here. I won’t tell you all the details of the scoring system but I can give you a few statistical tidbits to maybe help put the rankings in better context…
- 13.1 points separated positions 1 through 10. Three performers were each less than 1 point away from making the Top 10.
- 60% of the women featured on this year’s list were also included in 2018’s Top 10 MILF rankings.
- The largest point spread between any two consecutive positions in the Top 10 was between #4 and #5, which had 2.9 points between them. The smallest gap was between #7 and #8, which had a gap of 0.5 of a point.

I’ll be the first to admit that ranking people against people is both stupid and shallow. Also, no Top 10 list of any sort is perfect and is always up for debate. That being said, I think the list you see above is pretty dang solid.
