The first picture of Kimberly Kane as Wonder Woman has hit the Internet. Simply put, she looks fantastic. Kimberly Kane is obviously incredibly stunning, that goes without saying. However, what is worth talking about is the fact that her Wonder Woman costume is probably one of the best “real life” versions that we’ve seen in a long time. Maybe ever.
Above, I made the point that director Axel Braun seems to have a better handle on making movies about DC Comics characters than anyone at Warner Brothers. This image of Kimberly Kane as Wonder Woman kind of proves that point.
This Wonder Woman costume is ripped straight out of the current DC comic books. The material is textured and has the look of something sturdy, not at all the flimsy plastic looking crap that is so common in terms of cheap superhero costumes that many porn parodies (and some mainstream Hollywood projects) are guilty of using. And the armored pieces of the costume appear to be made out of real metal, including her crown. Finally, even Wonder Woman’s gold lasso looks legit. And, yes, Kimberly Kane is a drop-dead stunning Wonder Woman.
I can’t wait for Wonder Woman XXX to be released.

Axel Braun has started work on Wonder Woman XXX, his latest comic book porn parody. The movie, which will be distributed by Vivid Entertainment, will star Kimberly Kane as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman. As anyone who follows this blog already knows, Axel Braun has built a career on producing some of the highest-quality comic book porn parodies around. If Wonder Woman XXX shares similar success to any of those other films, it’s safe to say that it will do quite nicely in terms of both sales and critical acclaim.
Kimberly Kane has frequently been a staple in Axel Braun films, including Batman XXX, Star Wars XXX, and This Ain’t the Expendables XXX. Playing the role of Wonder Woman – one of the most classic and fantasized about female characters in comics – is obviously a huge deal. In explaining why he decided on Kimberly Kane for the part, this is what Braun had to say…
I’ve known Kim for many years, and she’s always been one of my favorite people to work with. She is a fantastic performer and a truly gifted actress, and I couldn’t think of anybody better than her to portray such an iconic character as Wonder Woman. She got in fantastic shape for this role, and we created an incredible costume for her.
With Wonder Woman XXX, Axel Braun and Vivid will have produced big-budget porn parodies based on DC Comics’s “trinity”; Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman. Braun has directed two Superman porn parodies; Superman XXX and Superman vs Spider-Man XXX. Likewise, he’s also put out two Batman parodies; Batman XXX and The Dark Knight XXX. Once released, Vivid will have several key pieces in place to possibly put together a big budget Justice League porn movie. Which, really, is something that just too much sense not to happen.
As for the selection of Kimberly Kane for the part of Wonder Woman, I think it’s a great move. I say that because I’ve seen a lot of her work over the past several years and I can tell you she is the complete package. Her ability to perform both high-powered sex scenes and to deliver strong acting performances is something that sets her apart from a large portion of her peers. If you saw her in the role of Ms. Pink in Rezervoir Doggs, you understand what I’m talking about. I really can’t wait to see her in the role of Wonder Woman.
And can we stop for a moment to shake our heads in disgust at Warner Brothers’s continued inability to put together a single, non-Batman related movie that’s worth watching? With characters like Superman, Wonder Woman, and Green Lantern at their disposal, it shouldn’t be this hard to make some really good mainstream Hollywood movies.
As Axel Braun has proven time and again with his parodies, the formula of expert direction plus a story that is true to the comic book origins plus actors/actresses with solid talent equals a movie that fans will embrace. Perhaps DC should send some people down to Axel Braun’s office and make him an offer to make their movies, as no one at DC/Warner Brothers seems to grasp the concept.
