The Preacher’s Daughter (2016)
Wicked Pictures and Award Winning Director Brad Armstrong bring you the dramatic story of Marissa (Mia Malkova) the 19 year old daughter of a small town preacher. She’s always been Daddy’s little girl and never been in trouble, that is, until she meets Billy (Xander Corvus), the town’s bad boy from the wrong side of the tracks.
Before long, the two become lovers, but Marissa’s perfect world is turned upside down as her mother (Alexis Faux) and father (Brad Armstrong) forbid her from seeing Billy, saying he’s a heathen and he’ll ruin her life. But the more they try to drive the two young lovers apart, the stronger their bond grows.
The situation finally comes to a boiling point and the family gives her an ultimatum to never see Billy again or they’ll turn their back on her forever. Now it’s up to Marissa… Will she come back to her family and the church or will she risk everything to be with the man she loves?

Brad Armstrong is preparing to release his latest film; The Preacher’s Daughter. While that title and the cover art above may remind you of a Lifetime movie and most “couples porn” movies, the trailer up top paints a heavier, darker picture.
And because The Preacher’s Daughter is a Brad Armstrong directed project, we should expect it to receive a whole mess of award nominations when those things are announced a few months from now.
This is also stands to be one of Mia Malkova’s highest profile roles of her career. She’s certainly had lead roles in features before (Telepathy: A Mantis Origin Story being a recent example), but few that require such a heavy use of her acting talents and boy/girl and girl/girl XXX skills. Or at least few that I can recall. And my memory has been a bit damaged from all the problem whiskey drinking and rock fights as a kid.
Xander Corvus is always great to see in a lead role, as he’s one of the most all-around talented men currently working in dirty movies. This seems like a role that is perfect for him.
The Preacher’s Daughter is set to be released from Wicked Pictures on September 14th and has a runtime of 2 hours 9 minutes.
