Featuring a cast of new and upcoming adult talent, Grinders is a 90s inspired coming-of-age movie filmed in the no-rules skateboard aesthetic of that era. Lucky is a 20+ yr old skateboarder at a crossroads in his life. Up until recently, Grinders was an Adult Time exclusive and was only available to people (such as myself) who are paying members. The movie is now being released on streaming to anyone who care to buy or rent it and this is a big deal. I say that because, having already seen the movie, I can tell you that Grinders is easily one of the best feature XXX films of 2022. This is very much a Porn movie that’s worth your time, your attention and, yeah, your money.
I should probably tell you now that this post isn’t a review of the movie. I’ll (probably) get to doing a proper Grinders review later.
Considering that it’s helmed by Ricky Greenwood, it should come as no surprise that Grinders is really friggin good. I mean, the dude did have two movies included on Die-Screaming’s 10 Best Movies of 2021 countdown and was the XBIZ and AVN Director Of The Year. In addition to this here gem, Ricky has also released a bunch more XXX fire in the past few months, including movies such as My TS Stepmom Vol. 5 (TransSensual), One Night In Los Angeles (Dorcel) and The Rose Retreat (All Her Luv). Basically…Ricky Greenwood is a very talented director and you all should be fans.
Grinders | Let’s talk about the ladies…
Maya Woulfe plays the muse/love interest of Grinders‘ leading man, Lucky Fate. A 2022 XBIZ, AVN and XRCO Best New Starlet nominee, Maya is very obviously one of the Porn industry’s best and brightest new talents. Since making her debut in 2020, she’s so far performed in about 120 dirty movies and this year is shaping up to the best yet of her career. Her strong showing in Grinders, along with fire performances in such films as Dark Meat Frenzy (Jules Jordan Video), Daddy Issues 10 (Diabolic Video) and A Sorority Girl’s Revenge (Sweet Sinner), could very well put Maya in the running for multiple Female Performer of the Year trophies.
Seeing Vanna Bardot’s name listed in the credits is always something that speaks highly of a XXX film. With well over 400 adult movies to her credit along with multiple AVN wins, Vanna has firmly established herself as an absolute force within the industry. You might also recall that Die-Screaming ranked her as one of the Top 10 best female pornstars of 2021 and one of the Top 10 best new starlets of 2019. In this movie here, Ms. Bardot is partnered up with Lilly Bell and Nathan Bronson for the joint’s only threesome scene.
Speaking of Lilly Bell, this is another lady that I was excited to see as part of the Grinders cast. I say that because Lilly has proven herself to be a super talented, always entertaining hardcore performer and I can’t remember ever seeing a scene of hers that wasn’t at least “really good”. Over the past few years, she’s delivered dozens of scorchingly impressive showings in joints such as Moms Teach Sex 26 (Nubiles), Explicit Acts (Slayed) and Angels In Pantyhose (Evil Angel). And if you need even more Lilly Bell in your life (you do), go follow her on Twitter because her feed there is very worth your while.
Vicki Chase and Tommy Pistol might very well have the distinction of owning the best hardcore scene in Grinders. That shouldn’t be all that surprising to hear considering that there’s very few adult performers around who’ve been doing it better or longer than Vicki (or Tommy for that matter). Going all the way back to 2009 when she made her debut, she’s so far performed in well over 600 dirty movies and has been nominated for dozens of major industry awards. Highlights of her Hall of Fame-worthy career would include films like Aftermath (Wicked Pictures), Fetish Fanatic 18 (Evil Angel) and Double Penetration Fixation 2 (Evil Angel). Also, if you were to subscribe to her Onlyfans…you probably wouldn’t regret it.
Finally, we come to Charlotte Sins. Of all the pornstars that I write about on Die-Screaming, Charlotte stands out for everything that she routinely brings to her scenes. Her performance in Grinders, where she’s paired up with Robby Echo for some pool party sex, is no exception.
