I recently sat down with a copy of The Submission of Emma Marx: Evolved. This is the fourth installment of writer/director Jacky St. James’ hugely popular BDSM series from New Sensations. I had high expectations going into this and the film was able to exceed them in every way. This movie is a legit contender for best XXX film of 2017, my people.
Penny Pax returns to her lead role of Emma Marx, while Riley Reid and Van Wylde also return as her sister and brother-in-law. While the first three films saw Emma growing into and mastering her role as a submissive, Evolved takes the character in a different director. Yes…Emma Marx is now a dominant. New to the franchise is Violet Starr, who plays the role of Mariah, a young woman who reminds Emma a whole lot of herself.
The movie also sees performances from studs Mick Blue, John Strong, Jay Smooth and Damon Dice. Additionally, Richie Calhoun (who’s now retired from porn) serves as the narrator for the movie.
The Submission of Emma Marx: Evolved | Scene 1: Riley Reid and Van Wylde
The first hardcore scene of the film features Nadia (Riley Reid) and Ray (Van Wylde) doing some good ol’ fashioned “hate fucking”. As explained by the narrator, the couple is in the middle of a separation/divorce, but still manage to channel their anger at each other into crazy sex.

Emma (Penny Pax) is exploring her roommate’s room when Mariah (Violet Starr) comes home unexpectedly with her boy toy, Damon Dice. Diving under the bed, Mariah and Damon enter the room and waste no time getting down to business. Violet pulls out a pair of handcuffs and orders Damon to put them on to her. Now naked and cuffed, she lays on the bed while Damon eats her out.
Mariah clearly wants to be the submissive and have some brutal sex, but Damon doesn’t seem to be following. This results in her trying to simultaneously play the role of submissive while giving Damon step-by-step instructions on how to dominate her. “Bit me.” “Slap me.” “Choke me while I cum.”

Emma’s training is clearly paying off, as Mariah is much more disciplined. It also helps that the dude she’s with is an experienced dominant.
Things start off slowly, with Jay doing some light teasing, erotic touching and whatnot. This has the effect of getting Mariah all primed for the “gift” that he’s about to give her. And because this is a BDSM movie, that gift comes in the form of his cock. After making sure she asks for it like a good sub, Mr. Smooth finally allows Mariah to put her mouth around his dick and proceeds to slowly shove it all the way down her throat while she slobbers all over it. After a little bit of light face fucking, Jay is ready to take things up a notch.
This come in the form of using a pinwheel against Mariah’s skin, running it all over her body. This gets her all kinds of excited and when Jay finally lays her down and removed her panties, Mariah is begging him to stick his dick inside her. Hands down, best scene of the film.

After having a falling out with Mariah (and then making up via a letter), Emma decides she’s ready to push ahead with being a dom. But before she does, she wants to have a final submissive experience and try something that she’s never done before. TWO DUDES AT ONCE!
Things start out with Emma sitting blindfolded on a white couch in an odd room with white silk-looking curtain things hanging down from the ceiling. Mick Blue and John Strong come in from behind and start using the curtains to bind her hands and feet together, insert a metal butt plug into Emma and use a vibrator against her pussy. After a bit of this, things get serious and Mr. Strong slides his dick into Emma’s butthole while Emma sucks Mick’s cock.

This is another solid performance from everyone involved. That being said, in my opinion, this scene didn’t approach the level of intensity of the previous three scenes, despite this being a Penny Pax DP.

The bottom line…
The fourth installment of Jacky St. James’ Emma Marx series is one of her hottest yet and serves both to transition Emma into the role of a dom and introduce Violet Starr as a new submissive. The acting is all around terrific and if this isn’t the best performance of Violet Starr’s career, it’s damn close. If you miss this movie you’re stupid.
