10. Gracie Jane
Over the past few years, Gracie Jane has been making a name for herself as a rising talent. 2023 was the year that she finally achieved legit superstar status. That included starring in such XXX hits as My First Trans Action 2 (Gender X Films), Transgendered Bosses 3 (Gender X Films), and TS Wife Swap 4 (TransSensual). She then capped the year off by earning Trans Performer of the Year nominations from both XBIZ and AVN. That’s how superstars do it.
9. Asia Belle
To give you an idea of how amazing of a year Asia Belle has put together, she was just nominated for four AVN Best Sex Scene awards in addition to Trans Performer of the Year. By comparison, this website has never received a single award nomination ever. Asia’s critical acclaim is well-deserved, especially given her strong showings in such scorchers as MILF Stepmom Wants Dick Too (TransAngels), Tantalizing Threesomes 2 (Trans Angels), and Sex Ed Overload (AdultTime).
8. Eva Maxim
For the second year in a row, Eva Maxim has earned a spot on Die-Screaming’s Top 10 Best TS Pornstar countdown. That’s not a coincidence. Eva served up a tasty banquet of XXX scenes all across 2023, including bangers in films like Trans Honey Trap (Gender X Films), It’s A Trans Sandwich (And I’m the Meat!) 2 (Devil’s Film), and My TS Stepsister 8 (TransSensual). That’s a whole lot of heat and it was well rewarded. She’s been nominated for multiple Transsexual Performer of the Year awards and was announced as a featured model in Grooby’s 2024 “Grooby Girls” calendar.
7. Izzy Wilde
Since making her professional porn debut in 2020, Izzy Wilde has been operating as a force of nature within the industry. For the third consecutive year, Izzy commands a spot on Die-Screaming’s Top 10 Transsexual Pornstar countdown after engineering a spectacular 2023 hardcore campaign. That included scorching showings in Soroity, Not Sorry (Trans Angels), Forbidden TS Affairs 2 (TransSensual), and, of course, her excellent showcase film Wild About Izzy (Trans Angels). If you haven’t already been thinking of Izzy Wilde as one of the industry’s most elite stars, you need to start now.
6. Zariah Aura
Zariah Aura just got started in smut last year but that hasn’t stopped her from rocketing into the ranks of the top XXX TS starlets. AVN nominated her for four of its 2024 awards, including Trans Performer of the Year and Best Thespian. Highlights of Zariah’s would certainly include her performances in PansexualX Porn Crush 7 (Evil Angel), TGirl Tops 4 (Grooby), and Transsexual Fantasies Fulfilled 7 (TransErotica). Assuming she continues the trajectory that she’s maintained through this year, the next stop for Zariah Aura will likely be full-on porn superstardom.
5. Brittney Kade
How amazing of a year did Brittney Kade have in 2023? Well, she was absolutely amazing in Girls Will Be Girls (Brazzers), Poolside Bang (Trans Angels), and her recently-released showcase movie; All Eyes On Brittney (Trans Angels). Brittney also earned herself a pair of Trans Performer of the Year nods from XBIZ and AVN, and now finds herself ranked here as a Top 5 TS pornstar of the year. All of this, by the way, has been accomplished in just her second full year in smut. I’d say it’s a safe bet that Brittney Kade had a better 2023 than you.
4. Kasey Kei
If you had to guess, which starlet featured on this countdown earned the most 2024 AVN Award nominations? Okay, stop guessing, the answer is Kasey Kei. If you find that at all surprising, then you must not have been paying very much attention to the body of work Kasey has been serving up across the previous twelve months. Her work was absolute fire in releases such as You Taught Me To Love (AdultTime), Transgendered Bosses 3 (Gender X Films), and Trans-Active 17 (Evil Angel). Also, you probably should go see what she’s up to on Onlyfans because she is crafting some extremely hot action over there.
3. Ariel Demure
In last year’s Top 10 Best Transsexual Pornstars countdown, Ariel Demure took the number five spot after putting together a stellar 2022. This year, Ariel has done even better. That’s due in large part to the XXX work that she delivered in such critically acclaimed releases as Transfixed: Office Ms. Conduct (AdultTime), Trans Swingers 2 (Devil’s Film), and Trans-Active 21 (Evil Angel). And it isn’t just me who thinks she rocked the fuck out of 2023. The fine folks at AVN and XBIZ nominated Ariel for a collective seven awards, with both giving her Trans Performer of the Year nods.
2. Jade Venus
Jade Venus earned the top spot in last year’s rankings and she damn near made it there again this year. Unquestionably one of the industry’s most elite and in-demand TS starlets, Jade rocked out across 2023 as only a true superstar could. She was nominated for and won the 2023 Adult Empire Trans Performer of the Year trophy, is up for a collective nine AVN and XBIZ awards and starred in several of the top-selling Transsexual porn titles of the year. Some of her best work was featured in Pandemonium! (Evil Angel), her incredible showcase film Jade’s Got A Secret (Trans Angels), and My First Trans Action 2 (Gender X Films).
1. Emma Rose
Emma Rose is Die-Screaming’s top-ranked transsexual pornstar of 2023. And while this is Emma’s first time in the number one spot, she did take the number two slot in each of the previous two years. What helped her finally take the crown this year? She crushed it in films such as Transfixed: Driving Her Wild (AdultTime), More (Dorcel), and Space Trans (Gender X Films). Additionally, Emma was announced as a co-host of the upcoming 2024 XBIZ Awards, launched a sex advice show with Angela White, and won the 2023 Pornhub Most Popular Trans Female Performer trophy. That’s more than I’ve accomplished in my entire life.
About this year’s Top 10 Best TS Pornstars rankings…
Ranking people against other people is very stupid. However, this is the tenth consecutive year I’ve assembled these rankings for Die-Screaming. The reason I do it, even though I know it’s dumb, is because I also think it’s a great way to spotlight some of the year’s best transsexual performers and celebrate everything they did to help make the year better than it would have otherwise been without their efforts.
I should also mention that there’s actual math behind these rankings. It’s true. As I’ve done in previous years, the 2023 Top 10 rankings that you see above are the result of my scoring performers across a dozen categories. This year, 33 TS pornstars were ranked and the ones you see above were the ten who had the highest scores. I’m an asshole, so I won’t divulge my exact scoring methodology, but I can certainly through some statistical facts at you.
- Four performers were each less than a point away from making this year’s Top 10.
- The largest gap between any two positions in the Top 10 was between spots one and two, which were separated by 3.3 points. The smallest separation was between four and five, which had just 0.6 points between them.
- 50% of the performers on this year’s Top 10 were also featured on last year’s.
- Positions 1 and 10 had a distance of 8.7 points of separation.

As I’ve said since I’ve begun putting these lists together, no Top 10 is perfect and neither is this one. It’s especially impossible to select ten TS performers and not end up leaving off so many deserving starlets. That being said, I think the rankings you see above are about as close to perfect as anyone can get. You probably disagree and I’m totally okay with that.
