10. Khloe Kay
Khloe Kay has been a very big deal in Porn for the past few years and that remained unchanged in 2021. She delivered rock solid performances in bangers such as Take A Ride On The Trans Train 2 (Devil’s Film), TS Lovefest 5 (Evil Angel) and the highly-acclaimed Casey: A True Story (Adult Time). On top of that, Khloe has also kept her Onlyfans and Manyvids clip store well stocked with some of the hottest hardcore content of anyone in the porn business all through the year.
9. Lena Moon
No one should be surprised to see Lena Moon making another appearance on Die-Screaming’s Top 10 Transsexual Pornstar rankings. In 2021, Lena delivered one scorching performance after another in such films as My TS Stepsister 5 (TransSensual), TS Fun (Evil Angel) and Trans International: LA (Evil Angel). On top of that, Lena just earned herself four AVN nominations which includes her fourth consecutive Trans Performer of the Year nod.
8. Korra Del Rio
Korra Del Rio has been operating an elite level within the XXX industry for so long that maybe you’ve started to take her for granted. That would be a mistake. As evidenced by the incredible 2021 campaign that she just put together, Korra is a legitimate hardcore superstar. Some of her best work of the past 12 months was featured in TS Love Stories 6 (TransSensual), PansexualX Porn Crush (Evil Angel) and Shower Pounding (Trans Angels). You should really also be following Korra Del Rio on Twitter, too, because she keeps her feed there full of all sorts of things that you’ll probably wanna look at.
7. Izzy Wilde
Although she just got her start in Porn last year, Izzy Wilde used 2021 to firmly establish herself as an absolute hardcore rockstar. In her first full year of smut, Izzy cranked out several memorable XXX performances in such adult movies as TS Factor 15 (Evil Angel), TS Girls On Top Vol. 5 (TransSensual) and TGirls Porn Vol. 23 (Grooby). Her recent AVN Best Trans Newcomer and XBIZ Trans Performer of the Year nominations add a very nice exclamation point to what was from start to finish a very impressive year.
6. Daisy Taylor
Daisy Taylor capped off a truly great 2021 by earned a clutch of major industry award nominations, including TS Performer of the Year consideration from both XBIZ and AVN. Some of the brightest highlights of the year for Daisy would certainly include her performances in Daisy Knows Best (Trans Angels), TS Factor 14 (Evil Angel) and the highly acclaimed Grooby’s Hardcore Halloween with Daisy Taylor (Grooby). If you weren’t keeping up with Daisy all through 2021 then you are an idiot.
5. Natalie Mars
Natalie Mars was Die-Screaming’s pick for the number one TS pornstar of 2020. And while she didn’t get the top spot again this year…Natalie still gave us one hell of a 2021 for those that were watching. She shined in such films as Transfixed: Fairest of Them All (Adult Time), Natalie Mars Is Kinky (Kink) and TS Love Stories Vol. 6 (TransSensual). She also picked up her fifth consecutive AVN Trans Performer of the Year nomination which should give you some idea as to how dominant Natalie is within the adult film biz.
4. Jade Venus
Jade Venus might be an XXX rookie but she proved herself to be an absolute XXX force of nature in 2021. Seriously. Throughout the year, Jade crushed it in scene after scene while working with some of the industry’s biggest studios and superstar talent. Examples of her best work include her showings in such joints as Take A Ride On The Trans Train 2 (Devil’s Film), Grooby’s Poolboy Adventures 2 (Grooby) and TS Taboo 6 (TransSensual). AVN has Jade nominated for Best Trans Newcomer and she’s in the running for the XBIZ Trans Performer of the Year and it wouldn’t shock me at all if she wins both of them.
3. Casey Kisses
If you had any doubt about Casey Kisses being one of the most overall talented performers in all of Porn at the start of 2021, all of that should have been erased by now. Casey gifted us with a mesmerizing year that was loaded with multiple award-worthy performances. In addition to starring in and being the inspiration for Casey: A True Story (Adult Time), one of the ten best XXX movies of 2021, she also shined in such films as Trans-Active 7 (Evil Angel) and TS Cheaters 2 (TransSensual).
2. Emma Rose
Arguably the breakout star of 2021, Emma Rose delivered a clinic of hardcore brilliance throughout the year. But don’t take my drunken porn blogger word for it. XBIZ has Emma nominated for Trans Performer of the Year, Best New Performer, Best Trans Sex Scene and Premium Social Media Star of the Year. And if you still aren’t sure of why everyone is so hyped about the year that Emma Rose just finished out, go watch her in TS Adventures (TransSensual), In Bed with the Ex (Brazzers) or Exclusive Angel: Emma Rose (Trans Angels).
1. Aubrey Kate
Aubrey Kate is Die-Screaming’s pick for the top Transsexual pornstar of 2021. Hands down one of the biggest stars in all of Smut, Aubrey’s elite XXX skills were on full display all across the year. That’s not just hyperbole. I Am Aubrey (Evil Angel) was one of the best showcase films in recent memory and she delivered a strong showing in one of the most acclaimed adult movies of 2021; Muse Season 2 (Deeper). She also stole the show in such flicks as Heavenly Threesomes (Trans Angels) and TS Blondes (TransSensual). Many performers had really impressive showings in 2021 but nobody out-shined Aubrey Kate.
About this year’s Top 10 Best TS Pornstars rankings…
2021 marks the eighth consecutive year that I’ve assembled these Top 10 transsexual pornstar rankings for Die-Screaming. As is always the case, trying to sort through the performances of so many highly talented people and come up with a list that only includes ten is extremely difficult. That being said, I believe the Top 10 you see up above is as fair and accurate as possible.
The rankings were computed using a formula that scores performers across 11 categories. This year, 24 TS performers were in the mix and the ten with the highest scores are the ones you see up top. I won’t give you my exact scoring model because I’m an ass but I can provide some additional stats that might put the rankings in better context…
- The largest point differential between any two consecutive positions was between #5 and #6, which was separated by 8.1 points. The narrowest gap was between spots 6 and 7, which had only 0.6 between them.
- 21.9 points separated positions #1 and #10.
- 70% of the performers on this year’s Top 10 were also included in the 2020 Top 10 rankings.
- 2 performers were each less than one point away from making the Top 10 this year.

Unlike most other Top 10 rankings, this one is based on actual math and not just whatever I feel like. Because of this, I’m pretty confident that the list you see up top is about as close to perfect as anyone can get when it comes to such things. However…maybe you disagree. Which is fine.
