Die-Screaming ranks the ten greatest new XXX starlets of 2020…
10. LaSirena69
LaSirena69 earned a spot on Die-Screaming’s 10 Best New Starlets of 2020 rankings thanks to several high-five worthy performances across the year. Examples of some of her best XXX work include her roles in Married With Boyfriends Vol. 2 (New Sensations), Big Anal Asses Vol. 10 (HardX) and Oil Slick 3 (Evil Angel). And while making this list is okay, I guess, I’m quite sure LaSirena69 is much more pumped about her 2021 AVN Best New Starlet nomination.
9. Lana Roy
Lana Roy certainly made an impact in 2020, especially on the European side of the Atlantic. The 2020 XBIZ Europa Best New Starlet award winner and 2021 AVN Best New Foreign Starlet nominee, Lana delivered to us some of the hottest XXX scenes of the year. For proof of that, go watch her in such bangers as Stars 2 (Marc Dorcel), Tushy Raw V14 (Tushy) or Asshole Fever 12 (21 Sextury Video).
8. Jessie Saint
While she may be one of the most petite ladies on this countdown, Jessie Saint made a habit of going big all across 2020. Her scenes in films such as Femme Fatale (Deeper), Art Of Romance Vol. 8 (EroticaX) and Mixed Family Vol. 3 (Family Sinners) were all fire and helped earn her an AVN Best New Starlet nod. I’d also give her a follow on Twitter as she keeps her stream loaded with lots of her hardcore work.
7. Anastasia Brokelyn
2020 was Anastasia Brokelyn’s first full year in porn and she spent it firmly establishing herself as one of Europe’s most explosive new XXX starlets. A native of Spain, Anastasia was excellent in such hardcore releases as Rocco: Pure Fitness (Evil Angel), The Way You Taste (Nubile Films) and Sexual Fantasies 4 (Babes). She also earned herself a 2020 XBIZ Europa Best New Starlet nomination and followed that up with a 2021 AVN Best New Foreign Starlet consideration.
6. Skylar Vox
A 2021 AVN and XBIZ Best New Starlet nominee, Skylar Vox scorched her way through the previous twelve months by busting out some of the hottest hardcore scenes of the year. If you don’t believe me, go take a gander at her work in flicks like Breast Worship 6 (Jules Jordan Video), Cross Eyed Cock Loving Cheerleaders 5 (Lethal Hardcore) or Raw 40 (Jules Jordan Video). And if none of that impresses you then you’re clearly an asshole.
5. Bella Rolland
Bella Rolland was absolutely one of the brightest spots of 2020. While she certainly made an impression for being one of the tallest starlets in the industry, what really set Bella apart was her performances in such joints as Blacked Raw V27 (Blacked), Raw 39 (Jules Jordan Video) and Anal Crazed (Evil Angel). Believe me when I tell you that no one on this list, or any other list, fucked harder in 2020 than Ms. Rolland.
4. Jewelz Blu
Juelz Blu was hard to miss in 2020 and that had nothing (or at least very little) to do with her trademark blue hair. What really caught my attention and no doubt helped earn Juelz four 2021 AVN Award nominations was her solid XXX showings in films such as Evil Tiki Babes (BurningAngel Entertainment), Scam Angels Vol. 14: Summer Sluts (LetsDoeIt) and Pornstar Therapy 5 (Brazzers). I should also mention that Juelz probably has one of the raddest Instagram feeds that I’ve come across and you should really give her a follow.
3. Brooklyn Gray
Brooklyn Gray is hands down one of the baddest women currently working in smut. How good is she at fucking in front of a video camera? Well, AVN just nominated her for Best Anal Scene, Best Girl/Girl Scene, Best Blowbang Scene and Best New Starlet. Clearly, her sex game is strong. For additional proof of her awesomeness, go watch her in Dance For Me (Deeper), Facialized Vol. 8 (HardX) or Anal Savages 5 (Jules Jordan Video).
2. Alexis Tae
Alexis Tae rocked the snot out of 2020. I’m just saying that to be nice…she really did put on a hell of a hardcore show all through the year. XBIZ and AVN also both seem to agree; both just nominated her for 2021 Best New Starlet. Recommended highlights of hers would include XXX-rated movies such as Gape Me 3 (Evil Angel), Ebony Anal Asses (All Black X) and Caged 5 (Spizoo). And if I had money to bet, I’d be willing to wager that Alexis Tae walks away with at least one of those Best New Starlet trophies when winners are announced a few weeks from now.
1. Scarlit Scandal
Scarlit Scandal is Die-Screaming’s #1 Best New Starlet of 2020. This really shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone who’s been paying any sort of attention to porn over the previous twelve months. In addition to being selected as a Vixen Angel in October, Scarlit also just earned herself a collective eight AVN and XBIZ award nominations. She also had roles in several of some of the very best smut released in 2020, with Muse: Season 1 (Deeper), Obsessed (Sweet Sinner) and Oiled & Spoiled 2 (Evil Angel) all being prime examples.
About this Top 10 list…
This is the seventh year in a row that I’ve put these Top 10 Best New Starlet rankings together for Die-Screaming. This year, just as I’ve done in all the previous ones, I used a custom scoring system to determine which performers made the Top 10. I won’t give you the exact details of that system but I can provide the following statistical tidbits for any geeks reading this…
- 51 performers were scored against 11 categories for this year’s rankings.
- Three starlets were less than 1 point away from making the Top 10.
- The widest gap between any two consecutive positions on the Top 10 were #1 and #2, which were separated by 4.2 points. The smallest difference was between #8 and #9 with just a 0.4 point differential.

I watched a LOT of porn in 2020. And I used a goddamn spreadsheet with a bunch of formulas to calculate scores using math and shit. As such, I’m pretty confident in the rankings that you see up top.
