Night At The Erotic Museum (2015)
When a down on his luck loser (James Deen) lands a job as a night security guard in the world famous Erotic Heritage Museum, he soon finds out the reports of the strange events taking place after hours are true. Reports are out that the exhibits come to life at night and have sex with the guests.
James and Superstar Riley Reid who plays the museum tour guide soon are front and center engaging with Golden age porn stars who come to life when the doors lock for the night. Relive the classic pairings of Marilyn Chambers (played by Chanel Preston) as she reunites with Johnny Keyes (Isiah Maxwell) from Behind the Green Door. Fall has become the season of the “blockbuster” porn film. It seems the XXX studios are increasingly using this time of year (which happens just before AVN and XBIZ award nominations) to release the best of their big budget movies. Which brings us to the latest offering from Smash Pictures; Night at the Erotic Museum.
While it may be easy to dismiss this as a cheesy Night at the Museum parody, you really shouldn’t do that. I say that for a few reasons. To start, have you seen the starting lineup featured in this film? It’s an all-star cast that’s led by James Deen and Riley Reid and directed by Jim Powers. That right there is a pretty solid recipe for a worthwhile hardcore flick.
Additionally, we also get to see some of todays top adult performers (Chanel Preston, Jenna Ivory, Anthony Rosano, etc.) portraying some of the best pre-Internet pornstars of all time (Marilyn Chambers, Linda Lovelace, Seka, John Holmes, etc.). That, in my opinion, is a concept that’s pretty fucking cool.
For those wondering, the Erotic Museum is a real thing. It’s officially known as the Erotic Heritage Museum and is located in Las Vegas, NV. And, yup, this movie really was shot there.
Night at the Erotic Museum is set to be released from Smash Pictures on September 28th.
