Man of Steel XXX: An Axel Braun Parody (2013)
Say goodbye to the dorky, fumbling Clark Kent of the ’70s… Ryan Driller reprises the role that launched his career, but in his latest epic spoof, legendary director Axel Braun gives us an updated version of the classic all-American superhero. After a freak accident in which he kills Livewire, Clark leaves Lois, burns his costume and goes back to Smallville to rekindle his romance with Lana Lang.
But President Luthor has other plans… and they involve Silver Banshee and Bizarro. It’s a darker, moodier, bolder look at an iconic character, with more action, more drama, and definitely more sex than any of its mainstream incarnations, and of course with the exceptional quality and attention to detail that fans of Axel Braun have come to expect of him.

Update: 13 June 2013 – Axel Braun releases Man of Steel XXX trailer
Just in time to take advantage of all the Man of Steel hype (the movie opens tomorrow), Axel Braun and Vivid Entertainment have released a safe for work (SFW) trailer for Man of Steel XXX. The porn parody, which stars Ryan Driller as Superman, is based more on the DC Comics comic books than the Warner Brothers movie and included several Justice League characters, including Batman and Wonder Woman. The Man of Steel porn parody will be arriving this Summer from director Axel Braun and Vivid. The movie, which parodies the upcoming mainstream Hollywood film, sees Ryan Driller return as Superman, a role that he’s played in two previous Axel Braun porn films. Recently, the first images from Man of Steel XXX were released, showing off some impressive costume work. Additionally, we know that Axel Braun is plans on making Man of Steel XXX much more true to the comic books than anything Hollywood can manage.
A lot of planning and money has gone into the production of Man of Steel XXX. For starters, writer/director/producer Axel Braun (read my interview with him!) kept the whole project on the downlow until just recently. Talking to Crave Online, he provided some insight into what makes this porn parody so different from the average adult movie…
I kept this movie a secret even within my industry. And nobody has seen a single shot from it yet. By the way, this might not mean much by Hollywood standards, but each one of the costumes cost me more than the entire budget of an average porn flick. But, you know, I’m a fanboy .
And speaking of those costumes, based on the images we’ve seen so far, the money Braun invested in making them was well invested. These aren’t some chintzy, surplus Halloween costumes. Not by a long shot. In fact, an argument could be made that the Man of Steel XXX outfits represent the best examples we’ve yet seen of Superman’s uniform in any film, porn parody or otherwise. Additionally, the inclusion of the iconic Black Costume is something that goes above and beyond anything we’ve ever seen from any Warner Brothers film.
And then there’s the cast of characters that will be appearing in Man of Steel XXX. I mentioned up top that this movie will be extremely true to the DC comic books. To that point, just take a look at the characters that will be appearing in the movie, each of which is played by some of the top talent currently working in porn…

Looking through this list, a few things stand out. The inclusion of Kimberly Kane as Wonder Woman is particularly exciting, as we’ve already seen her in costume for the upcoming Wonder Woman XXX film. And we also get to see Giovanni Francesco reprise his role as Batman, a part that he played amazingly well in last years The Dark Knight XXX. It would appear that what Axel Braun and Vivid have accomplished here is something that Warner Brothers have yet to figure out how to do; build a DC Comics movie franchise.
Man of Steel XXX is scheduled to become available on June 14th, which is exactly one day after the mainstream Man of Steel film hits theaters. As more information becomes available at this hugely anticipated comic book porn parody, I’ll be sure to keep everyone up to speed.
