Die-Screaming interviews pornstar Kimmie KaBoom…
I recently had the opportunity to interview Kimmie KaBoom, one of the industry’s most popular and accomplished BBW performers. Over the years, I’ve written a whole bunch about Mrs. KaBoom and her XXX adventures, but this is the first time that I got to ask her some questions. I probably could have done it sooner but I’m terrible at my job and so it took this long.
For those not familiar, Kimmie KaBoom is an XXX veteran. She’s either won or been nominated for every major BBW award you can think of and was just ranked by Die-Screaming as the #8 Best BBW Starlet of 2018. Anyway, on to the interview stuff.

Die-Screaming: I’ve been writing about you here and there for a few years at this point, but for any of the unfortunate people out there who don’t know about you, what can people expect from a hardcore Kimmie KaBoom scene?
Kimmie Kaboom: My company shoots range from solo, B/G, G/G, B/B/G, G/G/B, IR and I am still shooting so expect to see even more in the future! As for my website (kimmiekaboom.com) You can see a little of everything, as well.
As someone who’s been working in the industry for several years and doing so at a very high level, how much of a challenge is it to maintain that level of success and consistency? I ask because it seems this is an industry that has a lot of quick turnover and burn out.
For me, pacing myself and forcing myself to be patient seems to be the way to go. I also see a quick turnover and talent burning out. In my opinion, this is because performers get into the industry and turn out a bunch of content all at once; instead of spreading it out over time.
How many dick pics do people send you on Twitter each day and how depressing does that make checking your DMs?
I set up my Twitter so that only people that I follow can DM me. Usually, I only follow those that are members of my website, have monetarily supported me, or those I have met at expos and signings. Most everyone, respectfully, follows my no dick pic rule! As for Instagram I just don’t open DMs from people I don’t know. I suggest anyone wanting to send me dick pics should sign up for my premium snap and send away!
I think a lot of people were pissed and disappointed when AVN got rid of its BBW award category. What are your thoughts on that and do you think AVN will ever wise up and bring it back?
Fortunately, we still have a BBW Fan Award. Honestly, awards are great and all, but I’m thankful for my fan’s support most of all. I feel that AVN or any awards platform has the right to conduct their show how they see fit. Does it make it socially acceptable to exclude anyone? Probably not.
You started doing standup comedy last year. I’ve heard people say that standing up in front of people and trying to make them laugh can be one of the hardest and most terrifying things anyone can attempt. How’s it going for you and is this maybe the start of your next career?
I have only done a couple shows and it has been a blast. It is very hard, and I would love to keep doing it. Who knows where it will go? I’m just have fun with it at the moment.
Considering how much success you’ve had so far in your XXX career, what goals do you still have in front of you to accomplish?
Just to keep doing what I’m doing. I Keep growing as a performer and I want to make some really awesome scenes that the fans will hopefully love.
You always seem to have so much going on, between your cam shows, traveling, con appearances, radio spots, stand up, etc. Assuming you ever have any free time, what do you do for fun?
I do stay on the go and busy! So, I usually incorporate free time within travel so it all balances out. I am very fortunate to get to do what I love for a living and share it with my husband Darrell KaBoom. We travel all over seeing new places and sharing memories together. It really doesn’t get much better than that!
