What would you do if the world was about to end? That’s the question posed by Wicked Pictures and director Brad Armstrong (Rocki Whore Picture Show) in the upcoming porn drama, Countdown. The film stars Wicked’s usual cast of top-tier talent, including jessica drake, Alketra Blue, Kaylani Lei, Dana DeArmond, Seth Gamble, and Rocco Reed.
An big-ass, extinction level asteroid is hurtling towards Earth and there’s nothing anyone can do to stop it. Countdown is the story of how various people, everyone from the President of the United States to a random guy on the street, deal with their impending doom.
Adding to the above trailer, Wicked also distributed a press announcement, providing a little more detail around the doomsday story featured in Countdown. To quote from that release…
As the trailer unfolds, it is revealed that a group of fringe astronomers have been monitoring a rogue asteroid. They’ve discovered that “Vesta” (the second largest asteroid in the solar system) has fallen out of its regular orbit due to a collision with several other objects in space. It’s the size of Arizona and weighs 300,000 metric tons. And it’s hurtling towards earth at approximately 220,000 miles per hour. Should it reach our planet, life as we know it will end.
With this fascinating concept in place, the DVD’s compelling story follows several groups of people as they spend their final days preparing for the inevitable. From the President and his Cabinet to the everyday man on the street, everyone prepares for “The End” in different ways. Some “prep” with courage, some with fear and others with unexpected humor.
