XxLayna Marie is Die-Screaming’s pick for being the best new starlet of 2022. But don’t just take my word for it; XxLayna earned an impressive ten collective award nominations from the likes of Fleshbot, XBIZ and AVN. The acclaim is justified. After all, she delivered stop-and-stare levels of XXX in Teen Pool Party (Bang!), Wet Food 10 (Evil Angel) and Super Cute Vol. 14 (Hard X). 2022 marks the ninth consecutive year that I’ve assembled these Top 10 best new starlet rankings for Die-Screaming. It’s never easy. That’s because the concept of ranking humans against other humans is stupid as hell and it’s literally impossible to put together a “perfect” Top 10 list of any kind. However, I keep doing it because it is an effective way of spotlighting some very talented and hard working women and celebrate they year that they’ve put together for our viewing pleasure.
The rankings you see above aren’t random or just conjured out of thin air. As I do each year, I score qualifying starlets against a dozen categories. Then, using a nifty spreadsheet thing, the scores are calculated and the ten women who have the highest scores are the ones that you see above. And while I won’t give you my exact scoring model, I will give you a few statistical morsels for you to chew on…
- This year, 38 women were considered for these rankings. Two starlets were each less than a point away from making the Top 10.
- 5.1 points separated positions one thru ten. The largest span between any two consecutive positions was between nine and ten, which had 1.5 points between them. The smallest gap was between eight and nine, which had less than a tenth of a point between them.
