Last year, Slimthick Vic earned spots on two end-of-year Die-Screaming Top 10 lists; Best New Starlets and Best MILFs. In 2023, Slimthick put together a hugely impressive year and firmly established herself as one of the industry’s most elite performers. Despite all that she’s already achieved in the industry, Cory still managed to somehow make 2023 one of the best years of her career. About this year’s Top 10 Best MILF Pornstar rankings…

2023 marks the tenth year that I’ve compiled these annual MILF pornstar rankings for Die-Screaming. I’ll be the first to admit that ranking humans against other humans is a very stupid thing to do. However, the reason I do it is because I think it’s a very effective way to spotlight some of the women who helped elevate the Porn scene throughout the year and who are deserving of some accolades and recognition.

As is the case every time I do these rankings, math is involved. When assembling this countdown, a lot of analytical work goes into making sure that the list you see above is as unbiased and accurate as possible. To achieve this, I score each performer across 12 different categories, assigning a numerical score to each and then totaling them up. The ten women with the highest overall scores are the ones you see above. I won’t reveal to you my exact scoring methodology, however, I will give you some statistical nuggets to help add some context…

• This year, 30 women were ranked as MILF pornstars. To be considered, each of them had to have performed as the mom or stepmom in at least one MILF-themed release in 2023.
• 60% of the women featured on this year’s countdown also earned a spot on last year’s Top 10 Best MILF Pornstar rankings.
• The largest point spread between any two consecutive positions was between #1 and #2, which were separated by 4.7 points. The smallest gap was between positions #8, #9, and #10, with just a tenth of a point between each.
• Four women were each less than a point away from making this year’s Top 10.

No Top 10 list is perfect and this one is no exception. However, I do believe that the rankings that you see above are about as fair and accurate as any that you’ll find when it comes to the best MILF pornstars of 2023.
