This is the first year since 2014 that Cherie DeVille hasn’t been ranked #1 on Die-Screaming’s annual Top 10 Best MILF Pornstars list. But don’t get it twisted…Cherie still delivered a rock-solid 2021. About this year’s Top 10 Best MILF Pornstar rankings…
2021 marks the eighth consecutive year that I’ve assembled the Best MILF of the Year rankings for Die-Screaming. Before anyone else says it, let me go ahead and say it first…ranking people against people is stupid. But I do it because it helps keep the traffic coming in to this shitty little website and porn bloggers have bills to pay to, know what I mean?
But how are the ranks determined? Unlike a lot of other, much classier websites, I actually use a non-biased scoring model. This year, 24 XXX starlets who qualify as being MILFs (having performed as the “mom” in at least one adult film in 2021) were scored against 11 categories. The women with the 10 highest scores are the ones you see up above. And while I won’t tell you my exact scoring methodology because the evil demon who secretly runs this site wants me to keep it a secret, I can share the following statistical info with you…
- The smallest point differential between any two consecutive spots was between #6 and #7, which were separated by two-tenths of a point. The largest gap was between #2 and #3 which had 2.2 points between them.
- 7.7 points separated positions #1 and #10.
- Three performers were each three points or less away from making the Top 10.

I watch a LOT of porn and the scoring model that I’ve been using is tried and true, so I’m willing to stand next to my rankings.
