Before you all run away screaming, Axel Braun’s Bush is not really about Axel Braun’s pubic hair. But he did direct it and any time his name shows up in the director credits of a porn movie, it’s usually a good time. The film does feature four XXX starlets — all of whom have some healthy bush — performing all manner of sex-type stuff.
While Mr. Braun is widely considered to be the Porn Parody King, the all-sex stuff that he’s been releasing since joining Wicked Pictures a number of years ago has been very well received by both fans and critics. And if you only pay attention to his comic book XXX movies, you need to check out some of his recent all-sex joints such as Big Ass Anal Movie, Inked 3 and Dirty Blondes.

Karlee Grey serves as the cover model for Axel Braun’s Bush. Or, rather, Karlee Grey’s bush serves as the cover model for Axel Braun’s Bush. A veteran XXX performer who’s been doing the porn thing since 2014, Ms. Grey has so far performed in over three-hundred hardcore movies and was just nominated for a collective seven AVN and XBIZ Awards. In my opinion, Ms. Grey could and should have an incredible 2018 and finally achieve superstar status within the industry.
Ella Nova is another grizzled hardcore veteran. Since 2013, she’s appeared in over one-hundred dirty movies and had one of the strongest years of her career in 2017. That included earning her first AVN nomination — Best Actress for her role in Snapshot (Wicked Pictures) — and performing in such films as A Black Bull For My Hotwife (New Sensations), Down The Hatch 28 (Diabolic Video) and Don’t Tell My Wife I Butt Fucked Her Best Friend 7 (Devil’s Film).
Leigh Raven also had a pretty terrific 2017. You may recall that she directed her first X-Rated movie, Lesbian Anal Virgins (Filly Films), and had roles in some of the year’s hottest hardcore releases, including Adriana Chechik Is The Squirt Queen (Evil Angel) and Raw 30 (Jules Jordan Video). On top of that, Ms. Raven also earned a Best Girl/Girl Sex Scene award nomination from AVN for her performance in Prison Lesbians Vol. 5 (Sweetheart Video).
Many of you might not know a whole lot about Avi Love. Ms. Love started doing porn at the tail-end of 2016 and has so far performed in about fifty hardcore videos for a wide range of studios. She was also nominated for Best New Starlet by XBIZ and seems on track to develop into one of the industry’s hottest new starlets, should she manage to maintain the momentum she built in 2017.
Maya Kendrick is another new-ish performer who just completed her Freshman year of porn. In 2017, she performed in about thirty films, including a few high-profile movies such as A Little Help From My Friends (Wicked Pictures), She Likes It Rough 2 (Digital Sin) and LeWood’s Anal Finishing School 2 (Evil Angel). Definitely someone worth keeping an eye on as we move along in 2018.
