Nobody should be surprised to see Natalie Mars on this Top 10 Best Transsexual Pornstar countdown. Natalie has long been one of the most popular and acclaimed TS starlets in the XXX biz and the hardcore scenes that she gave all through 2022 served as yet another reminder of her greatness. And while she did slip a few spots in 2022, the performance that Aubrey gave us throughout this year is still stand-up-and-applaud worthy. That included scenes in some of the year’s best hardcore releases, with examples being what she did in such films as TS Desires (TransSensual), PansexualX Porn Crush 3 (Evil Angel) and TS Swingers (TransSensual). Eva put together the best year yet of her career and left no room for doubt that she is a hardcore force of nature. She was at her XXX best in films such as Fiery Trans Duos (Trans Angels), Trans Education 2 (Gender X) and Take A Ride On the Trans Train! 3 (Devil’s Film). 3. Izzy Wilde

For the second straight year, Izzy Wilde has earned a spot on this Top 10 countdown. Izzy followed up a sensational 2021 with an even bigger and better 2022, rocketing herself to the very pinnacle of hardcore superstardom. Her work in Black Sheep (Pure Taboo) has to rank as among one of the best performances of the year and earned her multiple award nods. Beyond that, Izzy Wilde also delivered strong showings in films such as Only Trans 2 (Devil’s Film) and My TS Stepdaughter Vol. 4 (TransSensual) all in addition to having one of the best Onlyfans around.

2. Emma Rose

How awesome is Emma Rose? Well, in 2021 she was ranked as in the number two spot on Die-Screaming’s Top 10 Best TS Pornstar rankings. Now, a year later, here we are again and Emma is still holding that same position. The performance that she gifted us all through 2022 demonstrated a level of excellence that very few performers from any corner of the adult film business could match. Some of Emma Rose’s most impressive work was featured in movies such as Maddy May’s Mayhem (Evil Angel), TS Taboo 8 (TransSensual) and Sneaky Brides (Trans Angels).

1. Jade Venus

Jade Venus is Die-Screaming’s selection for the best TS pornstar of 2022. While she’s only been in Porn since 2020, Jade has firmly established herself as one of the most popular, most in demand and most critically acclaimed starlet currently operating within the dirty movie business. About this year’s Top 10 list…

This is the ninth consecutive year that I’ve been putting together these Top 10 best transsexual pornstar rankings for Die-Screaming. It’s never easy. I say that because ranking people against other people makes no goddamn sense and it’s literally impossible to craft anything close to a “perfect” Top 10 list of any kind. However, I do it because each year these lists are among the most popular things I do with this stupid website and because it’s a way of celebrating some very deserving performers.

As is the always the case with these Top 10 rankings, I utilize a custom scoring system to determine who makes the list and in which order. This year, I scored 42 TS performers against 12 categories. The people with the 10 highest scores are the ones you see up top. And while some of you might be wanting to know my exact scoring model…I’m keeping that a secret. But I will share a few statistical nuggets with you.

• 5 starlets were each less than a point away from making this year’s Top 10.
• 8.3 points separated positions 1 and 10. The smallest gap between any two consecutive spots was between 5 and 6, which had less than a tenth of a point between them. The largest spacing was between positions 3 and 4 with a 0.9 point separation.
• 60% of the performers featured on this year’s Top 10 were also included on last year’s list.

I already said that it’s just not possible to build any kind of perfect Top 10 list.
