10. Tori Mayes
Tori Mayes had arguably her best year of her career in 2017. The highlight of all that was probably her performances in two of the best-selling TS porn movies of the year in My Dad’s TS Girlfriend Vol. 2 (Transsensual) and My Transsexual Stepsister (Gender X). Add to that Tori being nominated for TS Performer of the Year by both AVN and XBIZ and that’s just really damn impressive.
9. Marissa Minx
Marissa Minx’s first full year in porn was certainly a big one for her. That included killer roles in major studio releases such as The Trans X-Perience 7 (Evil Angel), Transsexual Girlfriend 4 (Devil’s Film) and Radius Dark’s TS Starlets Vol. 3 (Grooby). Icing on that XXX cake was Ms. Minx earning three TEA Award and two AVN Award nominations.
8. Domino Presley
Veteran TS performer and two-time AVN and XBIZ Transsexual Performer of the Year nominee Domino Presley put together a 2017 that served as notice that she was still a force within the industry. She had a major and critically acclaimed role in Brad Armstrong’s jessica drake is Wicked (Wicked Pictures) film and award nominations from pretty much everyone that gives out such things, including AVN, TEA, NightMoves and XBIZ.
7. Shiri
Over the span of 2017, Shiri absolutely set herself apart as one of the hottest new talents currently working in porn. She accomplished this feat through her standout performances in such XXX films as Transcest: An Unreal Family Tale (Michelle Austin Films), T-Girls Porn Vol. 8 (Grooby) and TS Girls Love Them Big (Transsensual). And if that wasn’t enough to impress you, keep in mind she was also just nominated for Transsexual Performer of the Year by AVN and Best Hardcore Performer by TEA.
6. Annabelle Lane
All Annabelle Lane did in 2017 was establish herself as one of the brightest new stars on the TS porn scene. And that’s not just me saying that. Annabelle was just nominated for the Best New Face by the Transsexual Erotica Awards (TEA) and Trans Performer of the Year by XBIZ. If you need any additional convincing regarding her qualifications as one of the best TS starlets in the business, just check her performances in TS Factor 10 (Evil Angel) and T.S. Hookers 3 (Devil’s Film).
5. Venus Lux
This is the fourth consecutive year that Venus Lux has landed in Die-Screaming’s Top 10 TS Pornstar rankings. As arguably the most successful and popular transexual performer of all-time, Venus certainly had nothing to prove coming into 2017. Not only did she have roles in some of the best-selling TS films of the year, like My Dad’s TS Girlfriend Vol. 2 (Transsensual), she also performed in “mainstream” releases like jessica drake is Wicked (Wicked Pictures) and I Am Katrina (Evil Angel).
4. Natalie Mars
Natalie Mars may very well be the hottest TS performer currently working in smut. This year, she had some of the best hardcore performances of her career in movies such as Menage A Tranny (Devil’s Film) and TS Forbidden Love (Transsensual). Additionally, her Twitter profile was one of the most entertaining social follows of 2017. Oh, and yeah, she’s also up for six TEA Awards and Transsexual Performer of the Year by both AVN and XBIZ.
3. Casey Kisses
In 2017, Casey Kisses officially ascended to the rank of Porn Superstar. Even if you were only half paying attention to the world of TS smut this year, it was nearly impossible to miss Casey. She had roles in some of the biggest releases of the past twelve months, including Menage A Tranny (Devil’s Film), Hot For Transsexuals 4 (Evil Angel) and T.S. I Love You (Gender X). Her incredible year was just capped off by earning five TEA Award nominations and Transsexual Performer of the Year nods from AVN and XBIZ.
2. Chanel Santini
In very short order, Chanel Santini rocketed her way to the upper echelons of the TS porn scene. The reigning TEA Best New Face award winner, Chanel put together a 2017 that was unmatched by almost any of her peers. That included AVN award nominated roles in Buck Angel Superstar (Transsensual) and Transsexual Girlfriend Experience 4 (Devil’s Film), six TEA Award nominations and being up for Transsexual Performer of the Year by both XBIZ and AVN.
1. Aubrey Kate
Aubrey Kate is Die-Screaming’s pick for Best Transsexual Performer of 2017. While she’s already had several impressive years in porn, this year was one of the strongest showings of her career. Her performances in movies such as Adriana Chechik Is the Squirt Queen (Evil Angel), TS Forbidden Love (Transsensual) and My Transsexual Stepsister (Gender X) we among the best performances of the year. Don’t be at all surprised if she repeats her reign as Transsexual Performer of the Year at AVN and XBIZ when those trophies are handed out a few weeks from now.
About this year’s Top 10 Transsexual Pornstar rankings…
This is the fourth year that I’ve done these rankings for Die-Screaming. As with previous years, the Top 10 list you see here wasn’t just pulled out of my ass. Nope. There was actually a spreadsheet with formulas that scored twenty-four transsexual starlets across six categories. The ten performers who scored the highest are the ones you see here.
While I won’t reveal to you my secret scoring formula (IT’S MINE MINE MINE!!!!), I can share some math shit with you to maybe help add some perspective…
- 14.7 points separated first and tenth spot
- The largest distance between any two positions was between 1st and 2nd, separated by 4.3 points
- Positions 4, 5 and 6 were only each separated by a tenth of a point
- Two performers missed making the Top 10 by less than a full point

Every year that I do this, I remind people that there ain’t no such thing as a “perfect” Top 10 list. While I’m very confident in my selections for the Top 10 best transsexual pornstars of 2017 and am willing to stand by these rankings, I’m also open to the idea that some/most of you might completely disagree.
And that’s fine. Just leave your own Top 10 in the comments below where no one, including myself, will probably ever see it.
