Die-Screaming ranks the Top 10 best new XXX starlets of the year…
10. Vanna Bardot
Vanna Bardot put together one hell of a 2019 and earned her spot on this year’s Top 10 Best New Starlets countdown by consistently delivering some of the most fire scenes of the past twelve months. For examples of said heat, just check out her work in such films as My Best Friend’s Daughter 2 (New Sensations), 5K Porn Vol. 2 (PornFidelity), or Ripe 8 (Jules Jordan Video). Vanna is also up for three AVN Awards and that’s kind of a big deal.
9. Gabbie Carter
In doing what I do for this terrible website, I got to see a bunch of Gabbie Carter scenes this year. I was really impressed with nearly every one of them. Gabbie is loaded with sexual charisma and that was on full display in such joints as Relentless (Deeper), Anal Models Vol. 6 (Tushy), and Lesbian Superstars (LesbianX). The fancy porn critics seem to agree with me as Ms. Carter has been nominated for Best New Starlet by both AVN and XBIZ.
8. Kiara Cole
Kiara Cole was unquestionably one of the brightest spots of porn in 2019. She proved time and again that she can bang with the best of them, giving us memorable performances in movies like Mick’s Pornstar Initiations 3 (Evil Angel), Teenies (PornFidelity), and Too Small to Take It All 10 (Third Degree Films). As we move into 2020, keep an eye on Kiara because she definitely has the potential to achieve XXX superstar status in very short order.
7. Victoria Voxxx
It was an absolute blast watching Victoria Voxxx tear her way through 2019. She won the 2019 NightMoves Best New Starlet trophy and is up for the same honor at the upcoming 2020 XBIZ awards. Ms. Voxxx went super hard all through the year and for proof of that just watch what she did in Double Anal Divas (Evil Angel), Mean Dungeon 13 (Mean Bitch Productions), or DP Me Vol. 10 (HardX).
6. Lexi Lore
I really hope you were keeping up with the XXX work that Lexi Lore was cranking out in 2019. This lady is an absolute badass and has the video evidence to prove it, as you can see for yourself with such releases as Pistol Whipped (Evil Angel), Interracial Anal Vol. 7 (DarkX), and Anal Cuties Vol. 10 (HardX). Lexi is also up for the 2020 AVN Best New Starlet award and it wouldn’t surprise me at all if she wins it because she deserves it after what she did this past year.
5. Vina Sky
Vina Sky starts off the Top 5 Best New Starlets of 2019 thanks to her being frequently incredible in her hardcore work. This lady has some of the baddest XXX skills of anyone on this list. Don’t believe me? Go watch her in Power Hungry (Deeper), Freaky Petite 5 (ArchAngel Productions), or Anal Models Vol. 5 (Tushy). If Vina is able to match in 2020 with what she did in 2019, she could well be on her way to being a very big deal in porn.
4. Paige Owens
Paige Owens was a damn force of nature in 2019, turning out more scenes than nearly everyone on this list and giving us some of the hottest XXX action of the year in the process. She had stand-up-and-applaud performances in Dredd 8 (Jules Jordan Video), Anal ManiACTS (Evil Angel), and She Loves Anal 4 (Evil Angel). Ms. Owens was also named October Cherry of the Month, November Twistys Treat, and has Best New Starlet nominations from NightMoves and AVN.
3. Lacy Lennon
Lacy Lennon rocked the snot out of 2019 and had performances in some of the year’s top hardcore releases. You probably saw her in the XXX blockbuster Captain Marvel XXX: An Axel Braun Parody (Wicked Pictures) and I hope you caught her in Endless (MissaX) and Black & Red (Blacked). Lacy was also the November Penthouse Pet of the Month and will likely start 2020 off by winning a bunch of hardware at the upcoming XBIZ and AVN award shows.
2. Autumn Falls
All Autumn Falls did in 2019 was establish herself as one of porn’s most elite performers and will likely win at least one Best New Starlet trophy at the 2020 AVN and XBIZ awards. She was absolutely prolific in 2019 and performed in some of the hottest XXX films of the year, including Angela White: Darkside (Jules Jordan Video), Drive (Deeper), and Stacked 9 (HardX). Assuming she continues her current trajectory, we should all expect Autumn Falls to be one of the most dominant pornstars of the new decade.
1. Gianna Dior
Gianna Dior is Die-Screaming’s #1 Best New Starlet of 2019. Up for an incredible ten 2020 AVN awards, there were very few people in all of smut who gave us more or better throughout the past year. Some of the highlights of her 2019 were performances in Facialized Vol. 7 (HardX), Adelaide (MissaX), and Ultimate Fuck Toy: Gianna Dior (Jules Jordan Video). I’m not exaggerating when I say that Gianna Dior might be one of the most talented new pornstars that we’ve seen in recent memory and could easily become the biggest XXX superstar of the upcoming new decade.
About this Top 10 list…
This is the sixth consecutive year that I’ve put together these Best New Starlet of the Year rankings for Die-Screaming. It’s always one of the most challenging posts of the year for me because there are always way more than just ten starlets that deserve to be included. 2019 was no different.
As with all of the Top 10 lists that I do, there is math involved. The ten ladies you see listed above were the ones who scored the highest across eleven categories. I won’t give you the specifics of how my scoring system works but I can give you some statistical nuggets to help add some context to the rankings…
- Five starlets were each less than two points away from making it into the Top 10.
- The smallest gap between any two consecutive positions was #7 and #8, which had only a tenth a point separating them. The largest distance was between positions #1 and #2 with a 4.5 point gap.
- Thirty-eight women were considered for Die-Screaming’s Best New Starlet category this year.

No Top 10 list is perfect and neither is this one. Math is a cold-hearted prick and for every performer who made it into this year’s Top 10, at least two or three very deserving women had to be left off. But that being said, I do think this list you see here is pretty damn solid.
