“Backdoor Teen Mom” is issued cease and desist order by Vivid over her rape allegations
Farrah Abraham says that she was drugged and raped repeatedly while on a publicity tour for her Backdoor Teen Mom sex video. In her words, the whole ordeal was “a very dark time” in her life. Vivid Entertainment, which released Backdoor Teen Mom after purchasing the sex tape from Abraham, has responded with a cease and desist order, maintaining her claims are completely false. Additionally, Vivid CEO Steven Hirsch has publicly offered Farrah Abraham $1 Million if she can pass a lie detector test in regards to her story of rape.
Clearly, Farrah Abraham regrets ever getting involved in porn. In January, she told inTouch Magazine that the sex tape (which she made with pornstar James Deen) had “ruined her life”. Then, about a month later, Abraham added to that, telling inTouch that she was a “rape survivor” and offering this account of her time working with Vivid Entertainment…
“I was drugged and raped more than once. I allowed the [wrong] type of people into my life,” she says, adding that after the release of her porn movie, she booked appearances at strip clubs and porn conventions that put her in unsafe situations.
“It was a very dark time.”
After challenging Farrah Abraham to take a lie detector test to try and test the validity of her claims (and offering her $1 Million if she passed it), Vivid CEO Steven Hirsch and his legal team sent Abraham the following cease and desist order via email…
We have become aware that you have made unsubstantiated and baseless implications and allegations of wrongdoing against Vivid. In particular, you have publically [sic] stated that you were drugged and raped more than once while on tour for Vivid promoting ‘Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom.’
These statements are defamatory toward Vivid and are strenuously denied in all respects.
It is disappointing that you have once again chosen to pursue conduct that frustrates your duty of good faith and fair dealing in our contract concerning your performance as an adult actress for Vivid.
While I never want to downplay anyone’s allegation of sexual assault, Farrah Abraham is all sorts of fucked up. She’s said that her Backdoor Teen Mom sex tape was never meant for commercial use. Which is a straight up lie. She got paid to make it with James Deen (a professional pornstar) and anyone who’s seen it will tell you it was anything but a homemade sex video. Hell, even James Deen has come out and said that the whole thing was staged. So now that she’s alleging that she was repeatedly drugged and raped while promoting this video for Vivid, I am hesitant to believe any of it.
If Farrah Abraham was drugged and raped, then I hope she stands by those claims and also files a police report to have those people brought to justice. And if she wasn’t drugged and raped, then she really does need to shut up and work on getting her tragically messed up life back in some sort of working order.
