Epic Jango and Boba Fett Full Torso Tattoo

This full torso Jango Fett and Boba Fett tattoo is probably the most amazing thing that I’ve seen all damn year.  The ink work, which I first came across over on Geekologie, was done by New York artist Adam Hays of Red Rocket Tattoos.  While I’ve seen some pretty amazing Star Wars tattoos in my day, I’ve never seen anything this awesome and I’m pretty sure no one else has, either.  I mean it’s Jango Fett and Boba Fett, done in the style of The Virgin Mary and Jesus…done across this guy’s entire chest and stomach.  I…I just can’t stop staring at it.

Here’s what Alex (that’s this guy’s name) had to say about how he came to acquire the world’s greatest tattoo…

“Here is my boba & jango fett front piece done by Adam Hays of red rocket tattoos New York. The piece took 18-19 hours done in three session in two weeks. It’s a father and son tattoo for me and my sons and myself and my own father.”

Wow.  Massive kudos to both artist Adam Hays for having the talent and vision to create this masterpiece and to Alex for being insane enough to have this done across his entire torso.  I’ve never gotten any tattoos, primarily because I’m not capable of thinking up something cool enough to have etched on me forever.  However, without question, this is a tattoo that I’m certain any self-respecting Star Wars fan would be okay with.  I STILL CAN’T STOP LOOKING AT IT!
